Vincent BloemenKFC Hamont 99 B gaf op zaterdagmiddag Paal-Tervant B partij op ‘t Leeuwke. De bezoekers kampeerden al vrijwel het hele seizoen in de top-5, maar Hamont kon vertrouwen op een ijzersterke thuisreputatie. Die kwam echter pas in de tweede helft tot ontbolstering: Vincent Bloemen scoorde de 1-0 vijf minuten na de koffiepauze. Tien minuten later verdubbelde Luc Nouwen vanop de stip de voorsprong. In de slotminuten lukte Luc een tweede treffer, waarmee hij de eindstand op 3-0 bracht. Mooi resultaat voor KFC B tegen een sterke tegenstander.
Dat is een goede generale repetitie voor de topper van volgend weekend: dan speelt Hamont de derby uit bij Achel VV B. KFC was de eerste club die de fiere leider punten kon ontfutselen dit seizoen. Gaat dat komende vrijdag op de Siggert ook weer lukken?
